I once stayed at someone's house whose guest bedroom included a queen-sized bed with a feather mattress. Ahhh, such a wonderful sleep cradled in its depth. You reminded me of that night with your lovely words.

oh, lovely image marisa. I'd have needed oxygen to sleep in a feather bed [I'm allergic] but I can sooooooo imagine that sinking in feeling -- kinda like when you lay down on warm sand at the beach and your bones seem to melt. ahhhhhhhh.
